THE BEST WAY TO RESTORE A CLASSIC was inspired by enjoying a glass of fine blonde ale at this restored Citroen H Van at the Chantilly Concours d'Elegance in Sept. 2017. One paid a 5 Euro deposit for a special glass which had a pressure valve on the bottom. The bartenders would place the glass on the keg pressure dispenser and it would fill the glass from the bottom with the perfect head of foam every time! Every inch of this van had been restored to gleaming perfection...
